Warner Manufacturing 5687 Review: Warner Manufacturing Co. 5687 Tool 15-Amp 1500-Watt Wallpaper Steamer. This is a WONDERFUL wallpaper steamer. We had about 6 rooms which needed wallpaper removal. At first, we purchased a much cheaper model from another manufacturerer at our local big box store but found that the capacity was seemingly a thimblefull, plus we had to wait 30 minutes for it to cool down after the water ran out.
